got to remember that you have to 250 before u can upload a icon at 1up
i just transplanted from 1up it is awsome there u can find me any ware i think i can find a fight (i love to arguee about politics and religon)

no you dont, not if you upload it to your 1up profile not the board profile. no posts required for the my1up profile pic and its used at the board as well.
