they are a lil work, mostly the giving attention to and scooping the litter box, but they are worth it.
if you get one, when you name it, as you hold it and pet it, repeat the name lovingly to the kitty. they seem to learn it faster. sometimes it takes a few days, sometimes it doesnt. every kitty is different.
